Mary is a CPA with a Masters of Science in Taxation. She works with fast-growing entrepreneurs who need a strategic partner.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Adelphi University, Mary holds the degree of Bachelors in Business Administration. She received her Masters Science in Taxation from Robert Morris University. Mary has earned the distinguished certification of being an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online Pro-Advisor and QuickBooks certified Payroll Specialist.

Active in the community, Mary’s favorite charities are Heroes Supporting Heroes and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. She served on the Board of Directors for the Samuel J Foundation, an organization dedicated to Pediatric Brain Tumor Research, and was recognized with the Hometown Hero Award for her non profit organization The Tumbleweed Foundation.

Mary is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The National Association of Certified QuickBooks Advisors, and Pittsburgh Professional Women. She has worked with companies such as Intuit, PriceWaterhouse Coopers, and Ernst & Young. She also received the 2021 Woman of Courage Award from Pittsburgh Professional Women.

Through W. Wolf Bookkeeping, Mary hopes to help her team build their practices, while helping small businesses get started on the right foot with Quickbooks online.

Jennifer has been in the field of bookkeeping for over 22 years. She started helping her dad with his books and learned from many helpful, smarter people along the way! Small business has always been her focus and passion. QuickBooks Desktop is where she started and was self taught. It wasn't until many years later that she went to school for formal training. She actually started out in the Paralegal field (Obtained a Paralegal Certificate) but her dad brought her into the accounting world and she never left. My area of expertise is construction with a hint of restaurants, collectable cars, family history, and has worked with QuickBooks Live for a combined total of almost 2 years. She loves to teach QuickBooks as well and was an instructor for a brief time at Arapahoe Community College up until Covid hit.

She earned an Accounting Certificate, Associates of Applied Science-Accounting, and am a Certified Vita Volunteer at Tax Help Colorado going on 6 years.

She is Advanced Certified in QuickBooks Online, Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional, QB Payroll

Martha is a native of Pennsylvania and still lives in Pittsburgh today.

She has worked for several small businesses over her career and with strong math skills, eventually made her way to banking. She started in customer facing positions and worked up to researching credit card fraud.

She then turned her focus from banking to bookkeeping. In 2019 she began working on basic bookkeeping for W.Wolf. After receiving her Pro Advisor certification she also went to work for Quickbooks Live in 2021. She is currently working on her Certified Bookkeeping Professional certification.

In her free time she loves to create crafts and collect vintage kitchen glassware. She and her husband also sell antiques to fund their collecting.

Rhonda develops experiences that make the small business owner’s life simple.

She is passionate about small business. She has both an undergraduate and master’s degree in Business Administration. She has worked for businesses in key industries that have made her well rounded in business: Marine Corp Logistics Base, US Customs, H&R Block, Virginia Department of Taxation, Department of Finance, Department of Health and Intuit QuickBooks.

Her main roles have been in management, compliance and providing consultancy with supporting services. She has owned four of her own small businesses in the industries of real estate, landscaping, pet care and small business consulting.

When she is not working with a small business, she spends her time reading, playing guitar, practicing amateur photography and volunteering at animal shelters.
